  7. Pag-ibig loan application/release charges FI (Fire Insurance) and utilizes connection fee shall be for buyers account.
  8. As applicable, units will still be subject to corner fee or premium fee.
  9. HDMF financing is now increased to 6 million subject to qualification.
  10. Loanable amount is subject to approval by HDMF.
